Hi,

We are planning for Group Housing Society in Bangalore where we can construct an apartment with 12 flats.

Basic feature for location:
1. Approachable Location
2. No Water Problem: Ground water level should not be below 500 ft.
3. Cavery water will be added advantage.
4. Land should be in Society for better locality.

Please let us know who are serious in this.

Any body interested in Group Buying..I have seen that people only but no work.... Thinking should come on concrete decision..somewhere...at least people can share their opinion...

I came across another apartment near chandapura circle. it is not on C-A road. Though the apartment (Diya aster) seems to be less than 300m from Hosur road, hehind 'hale chandapura' village, i do not see any market nearby.
Please advise whether this location has any positive points compared to C-A road.

I am looking for a pot closer to electronic city ...I have come across AMODA SpRINGS near chandapur circle ...Has anyone bought any sites from this place or have any relevant info can please share . They seems to be ok charging 850/ sqft and owned by Bhaskar reddy and Prasad Reddy . Anyt Inputs will be helpful
