Gulmohar Enclave - Marathalli
Dear All,
I am in discussion to buy a site in Gulmohar Enclave just off Marathalli Bridge. It is small Cul-de-sac location, with around 30/40 sites. If any one have idea about this layout please share the information. What is the best price to quote for the site in this location? Are you aware of any problems with this layout, please let me know. Also if you are aware of good layer to check the property documents please provide the pointers.
