Hi,

Can any body please let me know, How is the area "Heelaligi village ,Attibele Hobli ,Anekal Taluk bangalore" ? Does it really worth to invest in this area? Where does this are comes? how far it is from Sarjapur road? I would appreciate if some one can avail the map please..

Heelalige villages Located close to NH 7, about 1 km from Chandapura Circle, Heelalige is a beautiful village on the Chandapura -> Dommasandra road. Located close to the Electronics city, the village has a railway station, and is on the Bangalore/Yeshwantpur-> Salem route.

The main advantage of this area is close to electronic city comapare to SARJAPUR village ...but as of now it's reallly not a great area to live...but investment wise ,u can blindly go ahead ...But again ,u have to wait at least 5 years for good profit .....

Compare to SARJAPUR even plots are very cheap !!!

Hi vinodgargg,

I think within 1000/ sqft ,u will get easily in SARJAPUR - ATTIBELE Road itself ..Good gated community from reputed builder itself ..But when when compare to electronic city it is not as close as heelalige village ..750 / sqft is from reputed builder ???..any gated community ???..

750/sqft no it is not from builder it is from an Individual.

can you please tell me any builder who is selling the plot at SARJAPUR - ATTIBELE ?

Confident has so many plots like Antila 6 ,Indus,Gemeni,Polaris,saiguru sundale,sriram malhar,heritage county,golden gate harmony,parkville palmville.

Always playing bet in gated community is good...More than good it's very safe...Personally I am not interested to buy a property from individual ..my main concern is legal titles....
