How is Hoskote - Malur stretch for investment purpose ? Do you know about any good projects there (already BMRDA approved)..what is the current price /sft ...

Tekton is coming up with a Villa project in this stretch... I see Adithya Grand, Windsor also in vicinity...Is 1150/- per sft worth for the tekton project?

This stretch is good for investment but then one should be patient enough to wait easily between 5-10 years. If you come little down in the NH4 road, stretch between budigere cross till Hoskote is heating up. So may projects are happening there. Confident itself has so many projects either in launched or pre-launch stage.
