House in Akshaya Nagar (Near Ramamurthy Nagar) - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi,

I have recently purchased a built up house in 30X40 plot in Akshaya Nagar, very close to the main road, 2 kms from ring road and is 110% Vaastu compliant.

I have paid around Rs. 2100 Per Sq/Ft for land and around 1,30,000 per sq/m of builtup area. Its a 2 floor house with separate entries to two 2bhk houses. Both have an attached bathroom to the master bedroom and a common bathroom. Also there is a servant bathroom below the stairs for each floor. Rain water harvesting done, there is a borewell with 2 inch water and a 5000 ltrs sump underground, below the parking space.

There is a single bedroom and an attached bathroom cum storage room on the terrace.
The Total built up area is 25 sq/ml. Have used granite flooring for the entire house and marble slabs and modular Kitchen fittings.. house is built on pillars.

The entire price of the house has been around 48 lakhs. Just want someone to confirm if this is a fair price.

48L is ok buy, 42 would hav been cheaper n 45 reasonable. Is it in 1 st or 2nd block?
