I am interested in a plot in a gated community. Plan to construct after 3-4 years as I cannot afford both plot & house now.
I wanted to now how the maintenance in these gated plot projects work. does the developer collect a charge and take care of it? or is tt managed by the community (i donr see much of community in most of the plot projects) also is there any agreement that we sign on what we construct. I would not want some small time builder to buy up 3 of my adjacent plots and construct a small apartment complex. How are things like these controlled? I am willing to pay a premium for the developer to take care of maintenance and to make sure that only houses are constructed in the project. Is any one aware of projects like the above. (financial constraints restrict me from going in for villa projects as of now) tia |
