How much fall in different Area ?
CV Raman Nagar : = almost 20-30% in Flat price.
1100 SQFT flat was 30 Laks with Parking, Reg, KEB ... in End 2007 Now it is 1200 @SQFT 25-28 Laks. Including every thing. KR PURAM-TIN Factory := 2000/sqft land price in 2008 Beginning. Now it is 1000-1200. Fall almost 40%. |

Gottigere odd sites in approved layout available on resale for Rs 1500/sft. Earlier it was around Rs 2500-3000 or something.
Flats are giving discount of 1.5-2.5 L in form of reduced price or freebies like free parking etc. |
