Karnataka Telcom socity layouts in Chikajala
Do any one know about Chikjala (On the way to new airport) land price.
I have invested in Chikajala (Opp to ITC factory) thru Karnataka telcom employees housing society. I am having lot of issues with the society. Please share your knowledge about the society or the area (Chikajala) This Telecom society also has developments in Mysore, Sarjapur road (Athibela Circle). The dodgy directors name is Bakthavachalam. |

Telecom Layout
ecopackindia, I dont get TV9 channel to see what happened...can you please eloberate on whats going on with that layout. It'll be a great help

karnataka telecom layout
we also plan buy a plot in ayushmanbava layout sarjAPUR. can anyone tell us whether we can go ahead to buy this or any issues with this telecom society?if anybody has already bought there kindly reply.

land formation and registration through societies are always late and one should be ready to wait for 3-4 years.. thats why the rates offered in these societies are cheaper than the prevailing market rates.

I am also interested in their Sarjapur layout.
Looks like it will take them 3-4 yrs to get there. It's important to be aware if there are any known issues with them, since the delivery is still pretty far away ... Please share. -V |
