Hi Friends : I recently enquired about a land in garve bavi palya which was less than 1 km from hosur road..
Can anyone please provide feedback about that area or maybe the rates in that area.

it didn't work out, as the seller could not provide one of the document that our attorney was asking for.

Its directly from a private seller. No broker. Seller itself said he did not have all documents that attorneys usually ask for.
