Land price in Uttarahalli/Kengeri - Indian Real Estate Forum

I recently saw a plot in Reflex House Building Society at Uttarahalli, The owner quoted a price of Rs.2700/- per sq. ft. Its a nice plot with all facilities but is 2700/- a right price, if not then what is the right price?

This site I saw was exactly opposite to JSS Engineering College also called JSS Academy of Technical Education. I like the site as its very nice but want to know whether 2700/- is the right price & if not then what is the right price I should quote to the buyer.

search for some more plots in that area and you would get an idea of the right price!
2700 is way too high...

present rates at Kodipalya will be Rs.1100-1300 sft and reflex housing will be around Rs.2200/-sft.
