Hi All,
Any idea what's the per square feet price for a land in Poornaprajna layout, Uttarahalli(Banachankari 5th phase I guess) and NRI Colony, Ramamurthy Nagar? Which one out of the above two is a good place to build a house considering the future developoment as well as the connectivity with rest of the city? Thanks in advance for your inputs. -Ram |

Also, any idea why the rates are comparatively less in Uttarahalli considering the fact that it's within the city limits.

Hi yesterday i visited plot near PP layout uttarahali 30 x 40. The buyer is offering 1973 per sq. feet. I would like to know:
1. Whether 1973 is reasonable or we can get for lesser. if yes, how much less? 2. The land is DC converted BBMP land. I would like to know what is DC conversion?? sorry if i sound silly. ![]() 3. I also heard that for DC converted lands bank dont provide loans is that true??
