Need historical land price details for Jogupalya, Bangalore - Indian Real Estate Forum

Sir/Madam,

I have some dispute with a property that got sold somewhere in 2004/2005. I wasn't even knowing about the sale of that property since I wasn't in the country.

I like to know some historical data for the following location -

Location - Jogupalya (it is one of the G streets, very close to a Corporation Girls high School).

1) What would be the range of per sqft cost at this Location for the year 2004 begining to 2005 end.
2) The house is RCC roof 3 storyed (but just around 900 sqft built area), mosaic tiles through out, was 15 years old at that time.

Will the house price be just the summation of (per sqft * plot(land) size + price to build per chadara * 9 chadaras)??

What would be the price to build per chadara at that time? Please NOTE that the house grows vertically?
