Default New 2000 Crore Integrated Township, WIPRO SEZ both at Anekal

2 yrs before anyone cared to look beyond E-City, I discovered the potential of C-A belt and everyone loved to bash me up, when I tried to educate people about its potential. There was no dearth of negative comments from some ugly people on the forum. The biggest thrill and excitement is when you prove your detractors wrong and make your enemies lick their wounds. Without seriously batting an eyelid, I continued with my information dissemination campaign keeping the larger interests of my followers in mind disregarding some foul-smelling mouths. While DH below has only published the news, I have with me details of even the Survey Numbers of all the 43 projects mentioned below and a lot lot more good news for several parts of Bangalore.

Now, many will want to rush, to buy in and around Anekal. The C-A belt believers are finally vindicated and prices will only start to shoot up now, since many more will rush to buy there.

High-level panel gives green signal to 43 projects

Guys, dont get excited yet. Every year govt clears proposal for 1000s of crore investment. We all know how many become reality. MOU for the projects quoted above are yet to be signed during upcoming GIM in June, only proposals are cleared. Also bear in mind, with elections in the vicinity, govt creates all such hype and excitement. Hope better sense prevails.
