Hi Folks,

Heard North Bangalore is going to be very hot in couple of years or very soon. Areas like Devanahalli, Hebal, Doddaballapur are going to be developed very soon.

I am keen on investing in residential land in these areas, any inputs would be appreciated.

price increase will happen but people and Workforce will only move in after 3 yrs .Hebbal is the safest Zone as of now as it has Manyata tech village which is home to about 1 lakh IT work force there is Karle IT SEZ(4-million),Barathiya IT SEZ(3 million IT SEZ) commig up .In yelahnaka Only GULF OIL IT SEZ has taken off (5 million sqft of office space 50k work force) .buy plots than apartments as they go up faster
