Obtaining plan sanction permission for dc converted site at anekal taluq chandapura , bangalore dist
sir
have confused which is the correct planning authority for sanction plan for house ( groung + 2 floors) details of the property 1) my site is DC converted ( residential ) converted site in 1991 ( before any planning authority started) out side BBMP limit & plan sanctioned by DC in 1990 2) i can obtain sanction plan from Local PDO officer ( Chandapura) hosure road anekal tlq , Bangalore dist i am facing following problem 1) bank people refusing finance saying PDO has not have authority to issue permission for ground + 2 floor so please suggest me who is the correct permission authority for issue permission for ground + 2 floor or ground+3 floor & i should get loan from banks for DC converted site thanking you |
