Opinion About Nitesh Estate Hyde Park Project - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi,

I am planning to buy an apartment in Bangalore and have come across the recently launched property from Nitesh Estates - Hyde Park on Bannerghata Road Near Meenakshi Temple.

I am looking for feedback from u guys about the builder's reputation, track record, etc and whether it makes sense to invest in that property. They are quoting a launch price of Rs 2600/ sq ft.

I'm curious about this property as well. Any idea what the total cost of a 2BHK would come to ?

I think they are coming with a IPO too..
2600 is comparatively less I guess...but when is the possession
DLF launched their project some 1 year ago but no activity is going on, so you may want to think about that.. Also Prestige which is getting ready near Meenakshi temple got delayed by couple of years.
THere is Esteem groups project also on same road.
My suggestion is go for a ready possesion if you want to stay right away instead of under construction one

I have booked a 2BHK house in hyde park.The project completion date is december 2012 but i am sure it will be delayed.Till now they dont have the BBMP approval they told me that they would get it by march but so far no news expected date is june end.
Rate is very low as compared to others in that area avg price in that area is 3700 per sqft and i am usre once they get the BBMP approval they will increae the price as the did when they got BDA approval.

I checked Nitesh Hyde this weekend, and they are quoting Rs 3000/sqft.
Are there any other reliable tier -I builders project under construction in that neighboorhood

Please check with Jai Bhuvan Builders. Contact the direct owner on 9845294546. They have project near ti Silk Board and quoting near to 2200/SFT.
