ORR Sarjapur Rd. Jn rate / sq.ft. ?
What is the current rate per sq. ft. in and around the area at ORR and Sarjapur Rd. junction?
One seller that I contacted mentioned 2800/- per sq ft in this place? Is this the right price or is it too high for this area? |

are you asking about rate for flats or plots? flats are in range of 2700-3000 /sft now
