Unfortunately land sizes are 30X40, 40X60, 50 X90. I was looking for 1500-2000 sqft.
The internal layout is fantastic though.
Don't you think Rs2100/sqft is expensive for that location?
What kind of appreciation we can expect say in 5 years?

Well the resales in Rashi are quoting at 2100, 2nd phase launches in Tulip gardens, rashi orchards etc are at 1850 odd then surely this will be at a premium to those and ofcourse those do not even remotely compare to the facilities/amenities here.

A 3 & 5 star hotel in the campus, retail unit, SEZ, buisness park, mall/multiplex etc in the same campus... i dont think that anything in Bangalore is comparable to this as yet. Ofcourse all this will take a good 6-8 yrs to develop to it is surely a very long term story.

Yes. The amenities atleast on paper look very impressive. But do you think Ozone group can deliver atleast 50% of what they are promising?

BTW, from whom did you get the invitation to purchase from?
Considering this is a huge project, is it better to wait for some time to gauge the demand before purchasing. If the demand is not too high, won't they drop the price to 1500 or so? I am interested in a large plot between 4000 ad 5000 sqft.

Gopinath,
Wether I buy or not here, the appreciation will be very good since this is not even comparable to anything around. All this will boil down to in the next few years is that how much are you willing to pay for luxury..

Avinash,
no plans in electronic form.. ive seen things on a map. I suppose they should be able to send in some days.

Gopinath,
I am not sure about the discount part as ive heard that parties have booked, in the invitation stage, 10-25 plots in a single go. So i m not sure that 3-4 ppl will cause them to reduce the prices. Moreover the number of plots is not that large.

Do you know who are these people buying in bulk? Are they primarily investors or are they planning to construct houses? If it's for investment, I don't think this is a good investment. Assuming Urbana comes up with all facilities by 2018 and assuming the rate doubles, this may not be
one of the greatest investment vehicles - double in 8 years!

Do you think that once the facilities are up (and the sorrounding development also done) the rate would only double ??? I dont think so.. infact this mode of living (integrated super townships) will catch the fancy of rich ppl in the days to come. The scope of appreciation is tremendous here.

As far as the escalation of prices go, Ozone themselves will make sure that prices rise since they will be launching stuff in small pockets. I see that there is more than 60 acres of land in the same project slated for a later release.
