Ozone Developers, the Bangalore based real estate company is expected to launch its integrated project, Urbana, on a 187-acre site on Devanahalli Road, five km from the Bangalore International Airport.
The real estate company plans to invest between Rs 2,500-Rs 3,500 crore in the project. The mixed-use project will house residential, retail, hospitality, education, IT and R&D segments, with a total built up area of 20-30 million sq ft, which is likely to be completed by 2016. Ozone plans to begin initial work on the residential section by June 2010 which will comprise entry-level, mid-level and luxury-level residential units. The company recently flagged off its Rs 250 crore affordable housing project called Ozone Evergreens located in Bangalore. The project to spread over 10 acre will comprise of 912 units and is slated to be ready for occupation by February 2012 ![]()

Anyone has more details reagarding Ozone Urbana?
Are they coming up with sites, villas or apts? What about cost? Is it worth investing for long term (5 years)? |

according to sources, this news did come out in around one year back but till now I cannot see this urbana project is in their official upcoming projects in their site... pls check and let me know for any status... i am also interested in knowing abt this project

Urbana will have development close to over 60 million sqft it would be first project of such huge magnitude in Bangalore Urbana will be launched anytime in april-May 2010 ozone are busy finalizing plans for Urbana

There's no info on urbana on their website because they haven't officially launched it still in next2-3 weeks urbana will be updated in their website

NEW DELHI: The National Cricket Academy (NCA), the supply line of Indian cricket, will soon have a new address. The Indian cricket board (BCCI) has already bought 32 acres of land for the NCA from the Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board. The board has paid Rs 46 crore for acquiring the land.
According to BCCI, this new complex will be built in the Kadgurki and Yemrahallo villages of Devanahalli Taluk. This is near the new Bangalore airport. Earlier, 32 acres of land was allotted to the BCCI in Bidadi Industrial Area, Ramanagara Taluk, but the board was keen on a land new the airport. NCA currently functions out of the Chinnaswamy stadium complex. "It's helpful for those cricketers who come here for training and rehabilitation programmes. The new complex will be exciting for the young cricketers," an NCA official told TOI on Monday |

Its launched at 2100. Ive been invited to buy
![]() Unfortunately land sizes are 30X40, 40X60, 50 X90. I was looking for 1500-2000 sqft. The internal layout is fantastic though. |
