Iam planning to go ahead with this venture. P.S.R. ICON VALLEY on JIGANI-ANEKAL ROAD. COST IS 600psft...(Plots..) apporved by Anekal Planning Authority....
If any body has any idea , review , Information regarding this venture please let me know at the earliest.

I didnot buy the site. I changed my plans of investing to HOUSR RAOD. did u buy ? at what price did u buy ?

hello,
I'm planning to buy a Plot in PSR ICON VALLEY,probably by May.Any advice from any of you having experience in this Project or such deals.
The place although is quite far from silk board,looks promising.I trust its approved by leading banks by now.

is this BMRDA approved ? is anekal town planning authority approval more than sufficient ??

price 700/sft..hows the place Anekal-Jigani Rd.?Any chances for appreciation..since you stay in e city??has APA approvals..btw, i hope the plot is genuine..
