Plots 18km from Hoskat
Hi
I have come across few developers having layout 18 K.M away from Hoskat and it seems to be the sq.ft is Rs 350. Now pls clarify the follwoing doupts 1. The layout is yet to get DTCP approval. Is it advisable to biy this 2. What is DTCP approval and What is BMRDA approaval 3. Can any one tell me the sequence of approval needs to be taken care before finalizing the plot 4. Is it advisable to buy a plot in such a far distance that is 18 K.M away from Hoskat i.e ALMOST 35 k.m away from Hoskat Thanks Saimana |
