I am looking to purchase a 40*60 plot near Bangalore Intl Airport (15-25km radius) preferably on the towards B'lore. I have been looking for reliable developers who are developing properties around that area. From what I have heard/read few of the developers I came across are:

Please note that, it is no more a City square property and they have sold all the plots in that layout long back. Now we don't have any relation with CS.

I don't see any problem with city square till now..atleast to me registration, khata everything they have done promptly. BIAAPA approval also is in place for our layout.

Anyhow, i may not sell that property now and will hold-on for few more years...

Invest in the banglore in such areas that will fetch you good returns with low investment

As sarjapur, Anekal , jigini indusrtial area

For eg :-if you take sarjapur there is upcoming Hosur IT park,infosys campus All these are upcoming

Try to go for good returns with minimum investment
