I am looking to purchase a 40*60 plot near Bangalore Intl Airport (15-25km radius) preferably on the towards B'lore. I have been looking for reliable developers who are developing properties around that area. From what I have heard/read few of the developers I came across are:
BlueValley Prasiddhi If anyone is aware of other reliable developers, please post their names & contact information. We can build of list of properties around this area for other members who can use it as a reference for their search. |

I own a property of 2000 SFT (40x50) BIAAPA approved site for sale in Citysquare's AMENITI project of IVC Road. This is 6 KM from New Bangalore International Airport (BIAL) on IVC Road of Devanahalli in "AMENITI" Layout. This is BIAAPA approved with Khata and Clear title. I am planning to sell this property. Thanks Kalyan. I am not interested in that layout as it seems to be plagued with all kinds of problems. More over your site is west facing and you are expecting Rs.1100 psqft. Please check the below link:

Please note that, it is no more a City square property and they have sold all the plots in that layout long back. Now we don't have any relation with CS. I don't see any problem with city square till now..atleast to me registration, khata everything they have done promptly. BIAAPA approval also is in place for our layout. Anyhow, i may not sell that property now and will hold-on for few more years... Thanks & All the best for your search. |

Invest in the banglore in such areas that will fetch you good returns with low investment
As sarjapur, Anekal , jigini indusrtial area For eg :-if you take sarjapur there is upcoming Hosur IT park,infosys campus All these are upcoming Try to go for good returns with minimum investment thanks & Regards Achuth |

Ltd. Proposed investment - Rs.990 crores. Project Details – To set up 5000 Bed Super Speciality Hospital, StarCategory Hotel and Service Apartments. Employment Generation – 14,600 4> Shell Technology India Pvt.Ltd Proposed investment - Rs.1,376 crores. Project Details – To set up Technology Centre for Oil & Gas related activities.
