I see that, than any other builders, Prestige is coming up with new projects. Why this shower from the builder...any inputs? It's hardly 2 weeks where they just launched their Ferns Residency.

It's unbelievable that for couple of units in Tech Vista, their premium charge is 75 lacs. YES.. 75 LACS.
Must be worth it if its that figure.
