If you have patience and cash, then it is possible to get a very good deal on sites in bangalore. People with family problems and other financial needs will certainly sell for less. Cause everybody knows that the financial industry collapsed and nobody has money including banks. If not 1000 - 1200 may be 1250 or 1300 you can get the site.

when i looked at the BSK 6th stage about a year back it was like a jungle and i didnt see hardly any roads being built
also the rates that is being quoted is 1500-2000 rs/sqft
any idea on any companies that are coming up or new developments happening near BSK 6th stage
have been trying for a while but rates are too high to justify
also saw lot of real estate agents with small shops, is it ok to discuss with them
how to find out the seller directly
lot of questions, any one who has gone through these steps please share

I am also looking for buying land in the same area but will not construct any house for atleast next few years. Is it safe to leave the land without using it in that area?

Is it the right price? or should i drop it?
