Purchased two plots in Mahaveer GreenMeadows project - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hello,
I bought two plots in Mahaveer GreenMeadows project close to Electronic city. Visited the place several times and found lot of constructions are happening around this location. Mahaveer GreenMeadows project is not located in the main road so the price is little cheaper than other builders. I bought it for long-term investment purpose.

I did not have any issues in dealing with the builders, whatever documents I asked they gave it to me for my lawyer to verify it. One interesting thing I noticed is, in the Anekal registration office, they did not check my photo identity to verify if my name matches with my physical appearance. They just took the photos of me, used it in the registration documents.

Anyone else purchased plots in this project, please contact me so that we can keep in touch to see the progress of this project.

Paid 850 per Sq. ft. No one has build any houses there. Not sure when anyone will start building in the plots.

I Purchased for long-term investment (min 5 years).
