Hello,

I am planning to purchase a site in Raja Gardenia in Uttarahalli. Please give any feedback about the developer. Also there are fe sites hich he specifies as sites hich doesn't have conversion but have a BBMP khata. Ho is it possible to have a Khata but no-conversion?

Hi,
Its not possible to build house in non converted sites. So, having a khata which is not converted for residential purpose makes no sense. You would hve to run around to get conversions from govt. authorities which is a painful job.. in one liner, whats the use in buying such plot?

Hi Hombal i would suggest u to wait for couple of months before going behind these sites since BBMP election is due now and soon a new mayor will be appointed..hopefully things might regularize be then or we will have a clear procedures how to deal with such sites...
