Rajshree Layout near Marathahalli Bridge/AECS layout/BEML Layout - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hello Every one

Hi I am trying to buy a site in Rajshree Layout near to Marathahallo Bridge or AECS & BEML Layout.

My First preference is Rahshree Layout as it suits for my budget.

If you have any idea about Rajshree layout, please share your experiences/opinions ? Are there any issues with this layout ? The asking price is around 2000 rs/sq ft . is it worth ? It has DC conversion & BBMP B-Khata.

Also, I had seen some properties in AECS layout, BEML layout. They may come around 3000 to 3200 Rs/ sqft. I was told that these are BDA aprooved layout. Please let me know if this is reasonable price.

I request to all the members, please share your opinions/experiences about these locations.
