Hi friends,
The registration amount for new flats was bought down by the government from 7.72 to 6 % from June 1st onwards. I registered my Flat on June 8th but the bank had made the DD on May 20th. So it reflected the old amount (7.72%). My question is: Can I claim a refund of the excess paid? If yes, then what is the procedure? I visited the Deputy Registrar in banaswadi but my God, he was so rude and arrogant. Simple refused and said that Government will not refund anything to anyone... |
