Reliable Developers Plot - Sarjapur Outer Ring road - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi all
Today i saw a property near Sarjapur outer ring road. The property is gated community and the rates are ranging from 2100-2200 Per SFT (Negotiable). The developers of this property is Reliable Developers. the property is BDA approved layout. does anyone has experience with Reliable Developers? Is 2100 - 2200 reasonable rate in this location, if not, how much should i negotiate?

I appreciate any response from people who had already done research in this location and also with Reliable Developers

Which project you are negotiating? Are you dealing with the builder directly or is it a resale?

the project is gated community called reliable woods.. and it is a resale plot...

reliaable has been around in this area (sarjapur road) for a while. it is their second project. you can call sales person, ask them to show the first project. The rates seems to be higher side though. I have head in range of 1800 - do reconfirm because I don't know location well.

don't buy if it's more than 1800. thats the ongoing rate there.

Even I as thinking of investing in this and hence stared finding the facts about project and came across this shocking post :

Rainbow_India thanks for informing all of us...this is very shocking...I would prefer to stay away from this really unreliable reliable developers moving forward..........
