Riches Developer in horamavu
Hello All,
I am planning to buy a plot from Riches developer (fag end of NRI layout), and planning to do "due diligence" through an advocate/ lawyer. Any of you in this forum have done this? The rate quoted is Rs 1450/sq ft. Seems to be a genuine developer. He has done plot development in and around Kalkere area. Responses will be appreciated. |

Location - End of NRI layout (keep going towards dead end of the HDFC bank road). You will find a building construction on the right side of the road.
You should see atleast 3-4 boards of Riches developer and builder in that area Price - 1450 Plot size - 40 x 40 |
