Check when was the betterment paid. BBMP is not collecting betterment charges for few years now and not issuing A khata. So make sure all documents are original by verifying with a BBMP officer.
2600 is a little on the higher side, but again depends upon the infrastructure and accessibility

Axis bank had given project approval for Riches Regal .. Development work is going on and is expected to be over with in 3-4 months. Access to the main road is good and is having a A khata. looking it in total the rate of Rs.2600 looks reasonable and seems like a sound investment.

This layout - "Riches Regal" is formed by Riches Developers. They have their office in NRI layout. Also, they have developed layouts, apartment around NRI layout. Ameneties like Water Tank, water pipe lines, sewage lines have already been provided to each plot. Work is going on to complete the road and eletricity cables. Got to know that electricty cables will be laid underground. Many banks have approved the layout, majority of the loans have already been disbursed by AXIS bank though.
