Sahakaranagar - residential land. problems ?
Hi,
I was looking at residential land in Sahakaranagar. Specifically - Dr Shivaram Karanth Nagar, Ministry of Communication Employees Cooperative Housing Society Limited Please share here any issues you know of in this place, as far as residential land is concerned. Setting aside the usual issue of having to verify documents, what about this are in other regards - 1) water supply 2) surroundings (any slums etc) 3) approach roads 4) proximity to educational institutions and shopping 5) investment potential Please share you experiences here. thanks!
