The construction work is stalled owing to a litigation in court. Heard that the land is granted and builder is planning for out of court settlement.

I recently purchased an Apt. in Sai Krupa, Hanging Gardens.
I see there is no construction Activity at the site.
Is the litigation problem very serious and when it is likely to be resolved
can some one update it.

Hi,
I was informed by Lakshmi that the litigation is resolved and they will resume the work on 13th March. I am not convinced by their reply. Even if the work starts, I am not sure whether the litigation may rise again at the end of the project. If thats the case, the Flat Owners will suffer. The Builder will escape by collecting all the money by that time. We (all the land owners) are forming a team to go to the site and want to understand the position of the litigation before making any further payments. Please share your email-Ids/contact numbers to include you in the group communication.
I will update you if the construction is started.
