Hi All,
First i appreciate this group as it seems very informative people attached with this site. I would like to know the feedback for Sai poorna premier, Off surjapur road. Rate detail sqft would great help. Your response would be highly appreciated. |

I already visited the site.. But i wanted to know the latest information about this project.. They have some existing completed project like, Poorna Palace Sai Poorna Paradise Sai Poorna Heights, do they maintain the Quality etc with the completed project...do they give all the amenities which they commit.

As you mentioned you already visited the site, then you must have visited the model flats, high-end and luxeria too. Based on my findings, 1. This looks to be good in construction quality 2. All materials they promised are of reputed brand and I hope they will full fill 3. Floor plans are not that great...try checking their latest floor plan 4. Budget @3500 and value for money looks good for me, since near ORR everyone defaulted to 4k+ psft 4. Location is 3 km from Sarjapur road and ~2 from Hosur road. Also from HSR layout BDA complex its ~5km. From silk board its 7km again 5. The best part what I felt is the free space you get... if they deliver based on their promise Its one among my options of 3bhk so any others us know your your findings and intrust. Other points to consider. 1. Prestige Fern is almost giving 2bhk 1300sqft @4250 so even I am confused among these. When it comes big builders you will have more trust and resale value. 2. Its almost 3+ km from Sarjapur road so connectivity to ORR, Whitefield further is not that good 3. Builder is quite new so value for money need to think 4. Since many projects are in pipe line... chances to add traffic on road is more if road doesn't widened Thanks, Sanjay |

I visited the site two weeks before and the quoted price was 3600 psft but builder was ready to negotiate. Their other project Luxria rate was 3300 psft.
Overall project seems to be good with 3.5 acre of land you'll be getting good open space unlike their other project "Highend" wherein you do not any open space. The overall plan is fine but no match with A grade builders. As project will be ready by July next year so will be good for those who want early possession and want to save on lost rent. |
