Samhita COnstructions - Rainbow near Kindanahalli - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi,
Does any one have any experience with Samhita Constructions in Bangalore.
I am interested in their new project Samhita Rainbow behind SRiram Samruddhi near Kundanahalli gate.

Their old projects are Samhita green oaks,samhita castle, samhita crescent and others.

I can not find any information about them online.

can anyone please share their experience.

Hey guys I visited this guys site.. last week...

Seems the site is positioned very low .....and if it rains heavily..????...

I am planning to book one with this guy...

Carpet area/super built up area ratio is very poor. For example, a 1740 sqft apt in F block has only 1205 sqft carper area - about 30% is gone - which is ridiculous.

I calculated carpet area for other apts and the difference ranges from 23 to 30%

I am currently an owner in Samhita Castle project. Pls stay away from these builders ... they are very polite n helpful till you book their flat ... after possession, they treat you as if u are wasting their time, they dont give anything they promised and keep avoiding ur calls.

Their quality of construction is also very bad. I had to get so many cracks filled before moving in
