I wanna to buy a residencial site near devanhalli aiport(around 15km away) for invesment purpose. The cost of the land now is 399/sq.ft. In future once the market becomes stable and home loan interest rates get reduced,I have a plan to buy well developed esidencial plot/villa. Will this be a wise idea to buy a plot now around devanahalli for investment purpose or not?? please advise me.Thanks in advance.

Well devanhalli will have everything just wait for launches
having said that it's better to invest till yelahanka as after yelahanka there is acute water shortage

How do you know that there is water shortage? Cause lots of big layouts and villa projects are going on on that belt.

Hi Avinash,

Would you change your opinion about water shortage in devanahalli now? also I find more investment on the doddaballapur side then on the airport side any reason for this.All big players and prestigious project coming up in yelahanka and doddaballapur. how about bagalur, chikkajala etc ,would you say they are bad investment options?
