Hi all

I saw a site today at D Group layout near water tank. This location is next to ITI layout on the way to vishweshwaraya layout 8th Block when i approach from Nagarbhavi outer ring road.This a BDA approved layout and the price they are quoting is 2400 per SFT for 30 x 40 site.

Can anyone share their experience with me on this location. i really liked the location and wanted to proceed further. Let me know whether its a good option and any pros and cons.

whats the last few deals done in this area..
you would get sites in vishweshwaraya layout for lesser price, isnt it?

duffyhair i agree with u, however D group layout is much more developed than vish. layout. I am going to check papers from the owner and will update u more on this property..

let me let me know the site no,or where this exactly locted?
as my uncle bought a site in d group layout 3 months back i will tell you the exact figure after contacting them,but price depends on vastu,which side it is facing?etc...in this area there is a water problem,you will not provided cauvery water(corporation water),and if the borewell got failed then u have get the water from local supply which is very very salty.i feel the price you are saying is more.for more information contact me

Hi Ashok,

We are currently looking at plot in D group layout. What price did your uncle buy it for back then?What is the price now? We looked at an east facing site which is vastu compliant.
Could you please give your contact info? It would be very helpful for us! the brokers are inflating price a lot and dont know who to trust!!

We are planning to buy a site in this layout.Could you kindly share the current price/sqft as different agents are quoting different prices..?And if you don't mind, plz share your contact info...
