this is actually shastry group of companies who are primarily into housing societies .they have many projects to their credits sahakarnagar bangalore,loads of layouts for beml,sbi and many more

Any update on the above project. Did you manage to form a group and approach the developer. How is the reliability/ excecution capability of the developer that he will deliver what is being planned/ promised.

Well did not get any response from anyone i have already invested in some of their projects one in atiibele BMRDA approved ,one in Mysore near Infosys this is their flagship project they have done about 30+ layouts in bangalore and around 30 in mysore the 9 hole of the proposed 18 hole golf course is already nearing completion and most of the low end plots are sold out only the golf villas they are launching now which i feel is the largest integrated township in Karnataka outside bangalore .My previous Experience with them were good and looking at the pace the golf coure is progressing i feel the project is on track.anyways if you have any group do write in to me avinash.bangalore.mysoregmail.com
