Suggestion needed for Nitesh Hyde Park - Indian Real Estate Forum

I am planning to book one 2BHK flat in nitesh Hyde park.
Has any one booked any flat in this project?Please suggest me is it worth investing there.they are quoting rs2290 per sqft as it is pre launch offer.
Only major concern is the projection completion date which is mid 2012.
Please advice me whether to go for it or not?

Area available is max 1120 sqft right & it ifs the super built up area , whats the carpet space ?

Also how much does the Grand Total for the max size 2 BHK come to including registration ??

They are telling it will be 80% of the SBA but i am assuing around 70%.
I booked the flat having SBA 1021sqft the final cost will come under 30lakh including registeration

Can anyone tell me about the credibility of the builder and when he will start the project.
I took a look at the site today and seems like nothing has been started.
And also its very near to the Hulimavu lake so will there be any flooding fears during the rainy season?
Does anybody know the running rate now?
And have they started booking 3 BHKs?

Request for information on this project and its builder. Am planning to buy one. The builder is quoting price as 2600 per sq. ft.

anybody has any further update on this prject...the site says they have BDA approval..they were awaiting bbmp approval..any updates on that?

They have shared with us the copies of all the other approvals the only one pending which actually gives them clearance to start constructing will take a month for sure is what I have received as an answer to the query. I am in quandry since we are yet to pay the booking amount.

All i have also booked 2BHK in hydepark through broker.
But couldn't get receipt and agreement.

Again, i was tracking new paper advertisements. Hydepark is not advertising since long.

Can anyone has some more information so that i can feel safe.
