Suggestions on Passion Elite Electronic City
Hi,
I have come across a builder Neo homes.. His project passion Elite is in EC- Phase 1. Have any one booked appartment with this builder? Your suggestions would be very useful to me.. |

Couple of due-diligence pointers. Not sure if you have already completed them. The name Neo homes does not ring a bell! So how do we evaluate a not-so-well-known builder? How about checking if he has already completed any projects in Bangalore? Have you researched on the same? Have you physically checked out these projects? Spoken to any current residents in completed and this one and cross-checked their experiences?Have you checked the construction quality across the completed projects and the current one (which probably is completed partially)? Let me know your thoughts on the same
