Vakil Encasa vs Upkar meadows -Bomasandra
Hi Folks,
Vakil EnCasa is offering plots ,about 6 kms from E-city. And in the same neighboorhood Upkar meadows has a project. Upkar is quoting Rs 1,100/sqft while Vakil is quoting Rs 1,530/sqft. Has anyone visited these projects ? Appreciate your feedback on the builders and the pricing. |

Vakil En Casa
I have not visited Upkar but I have visited Vakil and also booked there. The developer is well known and that might explain the higher cost.
