Want to Buy Flat near HSR Layout and Sarjapur !!
Hi Friends,
I am planning to buy a flat 2BHK. I am looking at a 1200sq ft house. I would like to know what exactly is the market price (per sq ft) for the following areas. 1.Airport Road (Old airport)/Wind Tunnel Rd 2. Koramangala 3.HSR Layout 4.Sarjapur Road. I have been to frontline builders (who looks like a marketing team rather than the actual builder). Also at sarjapur road there is no cavery water (municipality water) and still they are charging for the same under BWSSB. I would like to know is it worth investing at that location without cauvery water. Also visted DS Flats at Wind Tunnel Rd. They are quoting Rs 3000/- per sqft. Thay are charging all total of Rs38-39 lacs for a 1089 sq ft house. Is it worth it ? Please advise |
