People! Any idea what is the latest on Shantiniketan? How is the progress of construction w.r.t the promised deadlines? What happened after the collapse of those towers? Are there any issues of cutting corners (in terms of quality) because of pressure on prices in other ventures? How are the resales doing these days? Is it still a good option to invest in (for living vis a vis investment)?

Any updates on this one? Someone told me Prestige is quoting Rs.3200/sq.ft on this, but on and 99acres, realtors are representing clients who are looking for between Rs.2400~2800/sq.ft

Is this project worth it? especially after the double site collapse over the last one year.

Anu Malick is writing a song "Its Falling Its Falling".

This 2800 rate is from a long time. If you need shanti then dont book any flat in Shantiniketan

I heard that some of the portion of this projects are also in Dispute land.
