Is it worthwhile to buy a plot in Nelamangala? - Indian Real Estate Forum

I am looking forward to buying a plot in Nelamangla. Wanted opinion on if its worthwhile to invest in that area. What returns can expect over a period of time?

Also which would be a better investment - investing in Nelamangalore or buying a property near to BIAL.

Several years back I invested in Ramky Estates project called Vishwashanthi Nagar. This area is bound to grow along with North Bangalore.

About investing near BAIL, the rates around an airport do tend to stagnate upon a certain level so make your decision wisely.
