Krish City people speaks the truth, as per my conversation with them today; they will be offering possession of Krish City-I before Diwali, that is they are about to deliver the home before Dec 2011, their deadline.
Also no homes are available in Krish City-I. In Krish City-II there are a few available but the prices are little high like 16L for 2BHK... |

Is Krish City still a good investment. I mean with the appreciation that has happened - should I still invest in Krish, or I should rather look at an under-constructed property that is at par with Krish in terms of construction quality (whatever construction has been completed that is) Thanks! |

It all depends on what you want to spend in the area. What price are you getting on Krish and is there any other project in the area you have carefully looked at?

Hi,
I'm planning to invest in Bhiwadi.Looking for 2 BHK Flat with the time horizon of 3-4 Years.Which project you would suggest. I spoke to Ashaian Aagan for their phase4/5 booking but they are saying they dont involve any brokers and hence no brokrage discount would be applicable. Please let me know if Ashiana is only dealing with buyers directly

I found Ashiana to be a good builder, but not value for money(VFM) project as they charge a high premium for their brand. You would get a better return for this premium in fast markets like Gurgaon, but in Bhiwadi you have to find something that is VFM. Krish use to be good, but they have also raised price considerably in last 1 year and now a decent size 2 Bhk floor/apartment is more than 20-22L(all inclusive). Check if you can get some re-sale deals of Krish's projects.
You can also try for re-sale deals of 2 Bhk(960 sq.ft) in Piyush Rosette, which you can easily get for around Rs 17-18L(all inclusive) right now. Project is going on with good construction pace as you can see by visiting the site and overall township is coming up nice as well. Floor plan for 2 Bhk is good and rooms are not tight. In fresh booking, you won't be able to get anything for less than 20L right now. |

Krish City Phase I started offering possession. For those invested earlier in this project at 10-15L are slightly luckier considering the amount raised between 18-24L. No 2BHK homes are available in bhiwadi for less than 18L.

Krish City Phase III (ground work started), is just behind Phase I, looks like a decent investment.

Rates in Bhiwadi have gone up considerably in last few months.
recently Raheja launched luxury project in Dharuhera, which is 6 Kms from the toll and prices are around 3200/sqft. |
