Guys,

After all diligence and brain storming, I am aiming to book a flat in Bhiwadi in the Ashiana Upcoming project at Thada (My primary objective is a credible builder-best if possible)

Since, its an investment decision, I aspire to enter at the first/lowest price.

In Gurgaon, builders give inaugral discount + further discount on BSP

I understand that Ashiana only provides inaugral discount, and no further discounts after initial one month when it markets the product. Is it true? please correct me if I am wrong.

As veterans, the members on this forum, can you please share what is discount percentage (The inaugral discount) initially offered by Ashiana

It will be helpful if you could share past experience with Ashiana in terms of discount policy.

Discount on Ashiana projects are on case-to-case basis but getting in early would definitely help. 5% off on BSP is pretty standard and more depends on your negotiation skills.

Does Ashiana gives this 5% over and above the inaugral discount as in builders in Gurgaon (I might be getting greedy here )

And has Ashiana gives 5% generally during the initial stages.

Somebody told its only gives 2-3% during the soft launch? It does not make sense to me,

Please shed some light.

Sit with the senior sales manager with an open check book and you should be able to get close to 5% at this stage of the project.

Hi Ashiana Housing,

Seems you are the ambassador for the company.

I visited the website, understandably I could not get my answer.

What is % discount does the company provides during inital launch stage.

It has to be material enough to attract investors.

Agreed that Ashiana is a premium brand but the company should not excessively charge for its brand, over other exisiting company projects. Sadly its true.

Dont go to TAPUKDA try to stay beyond Ashiana Garden.instead try some resale in Ashiana garden.this is the best among all of their projetcs in bhivadi.
