Ashiana New Project in Thada, Bhiwadi - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hello, i got to know that Ashiana sales manager that they are coming with a new project in Thada Bhiwadi with 93 acres of township.
Anyone knows whther this location is on Alwar by pass highway or what are future prospects of this project?

Not sure where this would be. Give some more information or a link for this. Any idea on the rates, which also depends a lot on the location of this township?

Hi,

Its just opposite to Hill View Garden developed by Trehans.The launch is expected somewhere in march and should be slightly more than Trehan as Ashiana is supposed to one of the best builder in north india.

According to my understanding, Trehan Hill view project is not on Alwar by-pass and it is about 1 Km inside. If this project from Ashiana is going to be in front of that, then builder has to price it accordingly.

I also inquire for this project by my connections and they say it take time to launch abt 6 months and this project is very far from bhiwadi city

I heard that it is going to be close to Trehan, but it is very far from city then it might not be worth it. Buyers should stay within 2-3 Kms from the toll on Alwar highway in buying projects and not much father than that.
