Hello,

Any suggestion about the above said builder and their projects in bhiwadi, like avalon gardens, which is ready for possession, etc.

Also about any other builder project in bhiwadi, please.

For ready to move property, it all depends on the price. Bhiwadi, currently is an area where you don't want to pay a lot otherwise re-sale becomes an issue. How much you are paying for a 2 Bhk at Avalon Gardens?

Other one you can look is Piyush Rosette and Omaxe. Piyush has 2 Bhk of 960 sq.ft that you can find in re-sale from Rs 15-17L(all inclusive) and it depends on the construction activity of your unit and location. Omaxe had small floors of 700sq.ft, but I am not sure of the re-sale price currently.
