Does this Krish city have plots too ?

If yes, what r the sizes & the psy rates - original booking & resale price ?

No, I don't think Krish has any plots in any of their projects.

No doubt in that Bhiwadi is developing on good pace in residential projects because of industrial development.
It will sure come up very well planned city on verge of Haryana & Rajasthan though rates of property are very less than Manesar & Gurgaon.
In my opinion this is perfect time to invest in plots rather than flats.Flats may not give appreciation as fast as plots which is available in ltd. no.s in ltd. projects only.

Which all projects have plots and what are the rates for them? could you please suggest.

Only Piyush City and Omaxe have plots and rates according to recent visit to the area by one of the senior members of this forum are 9K and 12K/sq yds respectively.

I wanna sale my 1 bhk which was booked at 7.9L

Current market price - 10.4L

I'am Selling this unit at - 9L

Its around 15-16000Rs persqmtr and UIT plots 60mtr-26000+, 96Mtr-24000+,

Are you sure that the rates of plots in Piyush and Omaxe is Rs 15-16000/sqyds. It seems to be little high, but I am not sure if the prices went up in last 2 months or so.
