Default Krish City, Bhiwadi

Hii all
I have visited Bhiwadi a couple of times and noticed all the investment oppotunities present there. The projects that I visited are:
Ashiana Garden
Kosmos greens
Kajaria
Avalon
Krish
Tehran
Dreamland
Piyush
Omaxe
etc
and after visiting these, I liked Krish to be far superior than others.
What are your views about this?
Please Comment.

I don't have idea about the developers in Bhiwadi. But I would suggest go for plots in that area instead of flats since rates are still not much as compare to its neighborhood "Dharuhera"

Hi Manoj

Ashiana has goodwill in bhiwadi as I have heard from brokers and from Guys on the net many times.
I have seen myself Ashiana projects in Indrapuram, Ghaziabad and I must say its one of the two best socities in Indrapuram.

Lector,

How is this new project, Krish City? Their first project Krish Vatika seems to be good and close to possession, but the location of Krish City is quite far, so what is your opinion about it?

Does Krish City offer plots in the township currently? Also, do you know the current pricing on Krish City?

I think Ashiana is the best without any doubt. They have recently come up with their phase IV. you can check all detalis on their website. Other than this, I think Kosmos greens, Kajaria Greens etc(all neighbours of Ashiana) are all developed and livable. I also liked the apartments developed by Konark group. These all are in price range of 25-35 lacs.

If you want in the range of 6-20 lacs, then u need to move towards the Honda Car plant, where the rates are on the lower side but once the plant becomes fully operational and the highway gets completed, the rates will touch the sky.

Out of these, I liked Krish city the most. Their pace of development is incredible. I went there after 3 months and was amazed by the construction pace. The quality is also great since one of their partners is the MD of Kamdhenu Sariya.

Avalon Residency is neither a very great project nor a very bad project. It is a moderate project.

Piyush City has a very bad reputation there. They have not even constucted the boundary around the whole plot till now. There is a dispute going on with the farmers from the back side of the plot. The pace at which the work is going on is very slow. Invest with caution.

Of late, Omaxe's reputation has taken a major hit. But their project in Bhiwadi looks fine. They have also launched phase 2. But the site where phase 2 has been launched is not too great. Also a chemical industry is just behind the site. So, again invest with caution.

CHEERS!!

Hi Waves
Could you tell me the rate at which you booked your flat?
Did u booked it through a broker or from the builder itself?

Yes Krish city is little far but it is also very cheap as compared to Krish vatika. Plus the location is advantageous as it is opposite to Honda Car plant. Once the highway gets completed, It will take approx 5 min. or so to reach Krish city from Krish Vatika. The flat in Krish City of 900 sqft is approx of 14 lacs while in Krish Vatika it is of 20 lacs. I think 6 lacs is too much for a project which is a 5 min distance from other project.

Krish city does not offer plots. For current pricing you can check their website.

Cheers !!
